• So I went to get pho last weekend, and I asked one of the waiters for some water.  This restaurant happens to employee Hispanics as waiters who don't really know much english let alone Viet.  I think they understand #1 though.  Five minutes later, no water.  I asked again, this time I asked another guy.  I was like water.  He's ok.  So what does he bring back to me?

  
  BUTTER?!?!?!  How do you mistaken water for butter and what would you do with a stick of butter at a pho joint??

  Then I got back to Dallas last night, and they've been having crazy weather.  The road in front of my hotel was flooded and cars were stranded in the middle of the street.  Now it's gonna drop down to freezing tonight.  Craziness.
